I write to say a big 'THANK YOU' to Vitha at the Reception. She is amazing. I must admit I cannot say the same to a few others I have encountered. But, Vitha and another gentlemen at Reception in the morning are just fantastic! You guys are lucky to have them.

Although we picked up on few things that could have been improved on this visit. We would return at another date as we always enjoy our stay as it is convenient near M25 and close to shopping centres also near to our Daughters home in Enfield

having had a bereavement in the family, my partner and I thought it would be nice to come away for a break with my daughter & her boyfriend, but was really disappointed, we also heard so many people complaining.. shame as we really needed this break!
