"After staying for one night with my family I found a bug on my hand in the night and tried to brush it off that it was just a bug but now after being home for 2 days we’ve had to go to urgent care for bug bites all over our bodies and get medicated ointments to help the itching. I’m terrified of bugs and made my husband flush it immediately so I wish I had a picture but me and my family are covered in red bumps and I’m so disappointed I didn’t find a clean place for my family to stay and ended...

"Claimed not to have my reservation, despite showing them the email confirmation I had received three days prior. Would not give me a room. Probably a blessing in disguise. While I was dealing with front desk attendant, one guest came in and canceled her stay because her room was dirty when she arrived, and another guest indicated that he had no toilet paper or towels in the room he had just checked into. Total dump."

"The hotel was actually very nice. The bed was very comfortable, stay was god, casino was cool. Everything was up to par, and the room was beautiful; however, when I got into the shower I noticed something odd at the base of the toilet. I took a picture and googled it, and the pic resembled a bed bug. It gave me the ick. I called the front desk and informed them immediately. They sent up security to investigate, and they confirmed that it was a “little pest”. The security guy asked me if I had...

"Good value"

"The property was very clean, staff were helpful and responsive. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots to choose from, although we ate 30 minutes before breakfast service ended so the coffee was lukewarm and the oatmeal was watery. I would definitely stay here again, however. It is in a nice area with lots of dining and shopping options."

"Good night stay"

"This hotel is adorable ! It also has a good restaurant with good drinks . However, if you need to sleep I would reconsider. We arrived on Friday and we enjoyed the live music which stopped at 10 pm -then the dj started. Not only could we hear all the voices from the restaurant below but also the loud music. We were lucky to get 4 hours of sleep. We also rented a king room with a twin. The twin bed was more of a toddler size bed. Its too bad because the hotel is really adorable"

"Thank you for the comfortable stay. It is my top choice to stay and have booked and stayed at this hotel many times"

"Outdated, not very clean or nice, no room cleaning, pool looked gross"
