"All of the staff were great, the location is lovely and the room was acceptable. Unfortunately the rooms are showing the age of the building. There appeared to be EV trickle charging in the paid parking that the hotel was ok with people using which is a great initiative.
Ideas for improvement are making it easier to book a discounted hot springs visit; because I wanted to make sure I got a spot I booked in advance and so missed out on the discount by being a hotel guest, I also paid for a...

"A very friendly greeting from staff on our arrival . Our room was clean and spacious . The meals served were absolutely delicious and can highly recommend the kangaroo dish .
Staff members were always friendly and polite . Our room was refreshed the first morning with a refilled tea, coffee , biscuits and milk .
I would highly recommend a stay at this accommodation, walking distance to many places"

"Was impressed on the size and updated kitchen, living area. Only let down was the old bathroom. Also apparently won't let guests smoke outside, need to exit the whole park!"
