"Nothing was unique about the property, but its consistency always meets our expectations for brief travel layovers. Staff was very good and appreciate the opportunity for breakfast on site."

"97 degrees outside. The A/C in my room did not work properly. Sweating all night as it would not cool my room. All I got at the front desk the next morning was, “Sorry.” Will find a different place to stay on my trip out west next summer! :("

"This was a lovely, family-run Inn. The room was incredibly cozy and the two restaurants on the property were wonderful. Staff was accommodating and kind. This property is a gem!"

"under trained staff, shade in room broken with outside streetlight shining into room all night, no paper plates for breakfast. just a very unpleasant experience. Will not stay here again. Worst Hampton I've ever stayed in. Staff tried to be helpful. I blame the management of this business for these short-comings. elevator was broken when we checked in but fixed soon afterwards. Worst of all it was a holiday weekend."

"A pretty interesting stay. Expedia said check in was at 3, but when we arrived, a clearly posted sign said check in was 4. There was no one in the lobby and I had to press a button to ring for them. The man at the counter was nice enough, but he needed to go check to make sure our room was cleaned. We waited close to 10 minutes in the lobby before he returned. There was no A/C in the lobby and there were dehumidifiers running in the halls. When we checked in I was not asked for ID or a credit...

"The couch had disgusting stains and looked very dirty. I had to unplug the refrigerator because it was making a very annoying noise. The air conditioning unit was also very noisy—it sounded like there was an animal inside it. The pool water didn't look clean either. I don't think it had been properly cleaned. The front desk did not make me feel welcomed. Did not give me any information about breakfast nothing no wi fi information."

"Very nice place to visit, but tucked away all on its own. Rooms were nice but we were there during a heat wave and room was hotter than the hallway. After trying to cool it down they moved us across the hallway where the AC worked great (why didn't we start there?). Staff was super helpful with the relocate. Restaurant was nice and has a tiny bar area. Walking trail is nothing more than a mowed loop around the property. Rooms were nice and dinner was nice."

"We returned from supper and front desk clerk did not even look up from her phone. A yellow bucket, full of dirty mop, water and a dirty mop was right at the front desk Our Shower had mildew growing along the edge Breakfast buffet might’ve been OK if it had been refilled. We asked if there were any more boiled eggs and we received a sigh and the attendant went back to get some more."

"We were assigned Room 101. Unfortunately, it was not clean. We found several cigarette butts under the bed, which was especially concerning since we were traveling with our toddler. We had expected a clean, non-smoking room. On a positive note, the management was friendly and helpful, but the cleanliness of the room was disappointing."

"From the moment we checked in, every employee we encountered was very friendly and willing to help! Our room was clean, and housekeeping kept everything well-stocked. The only area I would suggest for improvement would be to expand the variety of options offered for breakfast. Granted, it was free and I shouldn't complain, but offering some sweet options (pastries, donuts) as well as a few more warm foods would go a long way!"

"The elevators were down so had to take luggage up to 4th floor. The stairwells are not air conditioned and the 4th floor smelled like cooked cabbage. Opened the room and it smelled like dirty bedding. The staff was all VERY friendly. No gluten free safe food options."

"Very nice hotel and casino. Lots of variety of restaurants in the casino, only thing that disappointed me with the restaurants, they close all restaurants down by 10 pm. Rooms very nice and clean but we had 3 people staying in the room and only 2 coffee pods, we asked for more and they only brought up 2 more pods. All the staff was very nice through out the whole place"

"I paid $280 for one night for a room that had holes and stains on the walls, a cracked bathroom counter with a sharp edge at my toddlers’ eye level, no drain in the sink and it was clogged, no drain in the shower, the carpets were grossly stained, all the lamp shades were stained, the mattress protector was also stained. The elevators weren’t working and neither were the vending machines. All in all this place was a dump and definitely not worth the price."
