"It’s a modest motel, but it has a character, in big part due to its wonderful hostess.
On a modest budget, it is a very well run family type motel, where you are treated as a long awaited cousin…it can benefit from some updating, but it is very clean, with comfortable beds and traditional yet clean bathroom, place. "This was a really cool place to stay! The marina was on one side, the ocean on the other. The state park was right next door too. Our corner room was very comfy and roomy. You could walk the docks and hear the sea lions and see the seals swimming right off our room. Bennet's restaurant across the street had really great food. The hotel also had a little cafe where we got coffee and muffins in the morning. We would come back to this part of the country just to stay and play here again!"
