"Great stay"

"This place is great"

"Clean, quiet, and convenient"

"Most importantly, the cleanliness of the room and the staff were absolutely excellent. We stayed in the Hawthorn North Suite. Room: I would have enjoyed a firmer mattress. My wife had no complaints, but I had to place a pillow under my legs for back comfort. The soaking tub was quite nice; however, only one person could fit in the tub and there were no built-in water or air jets. Cottage: There was a beautiful, in-tune piano to which we had access. There was also a pool table in the...

"The place is absolutely beautiful. The setting is perfect. The staff was kind and helpful. Here are a few little things that would have made it a perfect experience. The breakfast on both days was original and interesting. However, it was supposed to be hot not like warm. Outside of our room by the water station was a tray of dirty cups that was there untouched for three days. It may seem petty but our bathroom had only a single roll of TP that was almost used up. The mentioned complementary...

"Really welcoming and relaxing atmosphere."

"The property was unique and the perfect setting for my brother’s wedding. The food at the restaurant was some of the best I have ever eaten. The staff, particularly our server and bartender, were truly outstanding!"

"Rachel was a wonderful host and prepared a delicious breakfast. The house is beautiful as are the grounds. We enjoyed learning the history of the property. Great experience."

"I stayed at the Baladarry Inn for Family Weekend at GC nearby. It was just me. The room was wonderful. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean and very nicely designed. Breakfast for the 2 mornings that I was there was delicious. It was served in the dining room. There was a coffee and juice station as well. The property was quiet as opposed to many of the places to stay closer to town and also beautiful. They have a small workout area and a large pickleball court, which I didn't...

"The house is absolutely beautiful and has a museum within it of civil war artifacts. Laura and Ronald were amazing hosts and the food was delicious. Highly recommend staying here. 10/10! I can’t wait to go back."

"Enjoyed the stay on our road trip. Would recommend"

"We had a lovely 2-night stay here. The whole place was beautifully decorated. Our room was lovely and so comfortable. We enjoyed an amazing dinner our first night. Breakfast each morning was fantastic. The staff was so friendly. We highly recommend staying here!"

"Absolutely lovely B &B in the perfect location. The family that owns the property are wonderfully kind and accommodating. I usually stay in brand hotels for points but I thought I’d try something different. I love it and will be back!"

"My fiancé and i had a wonderful time here. right in the heart of Berkley Springs, is is convenient to shopping, galleries and the famous hot springs. Tom was a 5-star host! He greeted us at the door, guided us to room and couldn't have been nicer, more friendly or professional. We both felt like family here. The room was elegant, with a gas fireplace, comfortable four-poster bed, and private bath. Breakfast was wonderful, off a patio where Tom grows some of the veggies that find their...
