"Check in was quick and the woman at the desk was very friendly. Room and bathroom was clean. Everything worked without issue. Bed and pillows were super comfy. Nice large TV. Quiet location with easy access to I-70/I-81. I will be staying here again in a few weeks as it works perfectly for a one night stay. Coffee was hot and strong and I have to issues to note. "

"Staff was nice, property needs attention. My AC and water shut off about an hour into my stay. I came to the front desk to let the staff know that i am moving to different hotel because i was not too happy about what happen and the condition of the room. Staff apologize and told me that there is nothing he can do."

When we call the front desk and tried to tell them that the a/c was stuck on heat and the room was 78 degrees she said to turn the a/c up to 80 and then it would work. It only made the room hotter (obviously). We called again and she ignore our call 3 times. The hair dryer started smoking when we tried to us it."
