We got there at about 12:30(AM) and everywhere on the weekday closed before then so asked if they had vending somewhere an all they had was a couple Kraft mac n cheese an cup noodle everything covered in dust, the guy never gave us plastic ware an we didn’t have microwaves in our room so we went to ask about both an the guy just seemed annoyed in us asking for help and annoyed at us when we checked in an asked about vallet because we didn’t know where to park (it was too late which was fine ) but failed to tell us that the parking garage elevators didn’t work on atleast 2 different levels and the parking garage was a very tight space even for a sedan. The room was nice but wallpaper was peeling in the bathroom;When my boyfriend woke up an got in the shower he noticed a flashing light an at first didn’t think anything of it an then when it didn’t stop he got his glasses on to check an the fire alarm was going off (but with no sound ) so him thinking the hotel was ON FIRE he got dressed an woke me up an when he made his way downstairs to see what was going on an when he asked a different desk person than last night , they told him “ oh they were just testing the fire light in your room to make sure it worked” AT 7AM WITHOUT NOTIFYING US THAT IT WOULD JUST BE A TEST , so we asked if someone could turn it off after having to deal with it for half an hour at this point , they said they were sending someone ,another 30 minutes two guys came an taped over the lights WITH DUCT TAPE
