"The room was clean and very comfortable. Staff were very helpful, accommodating, and nice. The only cons are the elevators and the area - too small and sometimes you have to wait a while to get upstairs. As for the area - it’s a very touristy location so expect a lot of traffic if taking a grab car. But the area is also very close to a lot of the malls such as Siam, Terminal 21, Emsphere, Emsquatier, and MBK. Overall, great hotel. "

Every staff member in the hotel went above and beyond to make me feel at home during my stay, especially those working at the pool and fitness centre. 10/10 would recommend"

"We stayed in a room closer to the lobby, which was very convenient for pool access and breakfast access. Also very close to the main road to walk around The pool was beautiful! The breakfast options were great. Expect to have the same things daily, with little change, but overall good food and pleasant atmosphere. Pool bar was nice, resort was very clean. I've seen people complain about construction- you can't even tell/notice! Was not a worry. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I've seen complaints from others and I'm really not sure what there is to complain about. I would highly recommend this resort to anyone traveling to Phuket. Very family friendly as well, about a 5 minite walk to the beach which is fairly crowded but I wouldn't expect anything else at a destination like this! "
