Shower is sub standard desperately needs upgraded. Not overly happy with the bed, just 2 singles zipped together with a mattress topper not acceptable for a 4 star hotel. Staff were excellent and restaurant was lovely

The room heating/cooling system was not affective. The pillows were uncomfortable and the mattress gave myself and my husband a bad back in the morning. The shower pressure was also terrible. The room was dated.
