"This B&B is such a breath of fresh air! The ability to open the curtains from my room and see the ocean down the alley was a pleasant surprise in the morning as I arrived in the dark. Then to be greeted by Rick with his outstanding hospitality and breakfast spread was the cherry on top!"

"Absolutely loved it! Wish we stayed more than one night. Staff was amazing. We were an hour or so down the road and we got a call from the front desk. The cleaning staff found my wife had forgotten her diamond pendant and chain behind. They are shipping it to us. Definitely above and beyond. The common areas were great. We met some other guests that were quite friendly and entertaining. Will definitely come back and stay a long weekend next time we are in town. "

"This was a lovely BnB to stay in. The owners, Eric and Melissa, are very hospitable. The rest of the staff were so pleasant and helpful. There are always fresh-baked cookies put out for the guests along with peach iced tea in the fridge. I can't say enough about the breakfasts. You will not leave hungry. The food is simply delicious. The McMillan Inn is conveniently located so you are able to walk to most places."

"Our experience was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful breakfasts with eggs, bacon or sausage, fresh fruit, and a biscuit, Belgian waffle or pancake every morning. We had cookies waiting for us in the afternoon and wine and appetizers in the evening. We never made it to the port wine and snack before bedtime. The inn is magical with it recently updated decor. The staff bed over backwards to accommodate, and the location is close to historical sites. We can’t wait to return. "

"The staff here are the epitome of Southern Hospitality. The property could use a deep cleaning and new paint but, it feels like visiting Grandma's house so it was fine. You will never find a better continental breakfast than what they offer here. "
