For my birthday the stff beautify decorated my room and then the entire staff came to my room to sing happy birthday to me. "Every staff member that I interacted with at this hotel (and there were many) were professional, friendly and helpful. I was always greeted and the staff and management went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable.
