"We stayed at Briza villa 801 with swimming pool from 28 February to 5 March. The same villa we had last time we were here on Koh Samui. Nice location with its own pool and sea view. But unfortunately we note that the place is falling apart with poor maintenance, missing tiles and missing grout in the pool. So the entire hotel should be renovated to get the standard that the place deserves. The breakfast is unfortunately at the same poor level as last time when it comes to the selection of spreads and the lack of refrigeration of all the dishes with different products that were on display."

"I gather my understanding of the description of what this unit actually is was incorrect. This is merely an apartment unit. It’s not a resort or hotel. It does not have any hotel amenities. There’s access to the beach, but there’s no beach beds. There’s no common pool. Or fitness facility. No restaurant on site. For the price we paid I expect a bit more. There free breakfast provided at the restaurant down the street was included, but it wasn’t up to our standards and we decided to eat elsewhere."

"We ended up staying at the Kimpton because we had booked another hotel through Expedia that was unclean, run down and unacceptable. We ended up Staying at the Kimpton which was a beautiful resort. Absolutely 5 star. It was clean, staff was exemplary "

"The room was the worst i have stayed in in 40 years of traveling no management to deal with issues raised on seeing the room the room was not the one sent with our confirmation. No headbord electrical sockets on the wall in the middle of the bed no outside space atip outside the toilet was dirty and in a cupboard the ensuite only hold on person and you can use the sink from the bedroom. Our ond other guests personal details leaked and scammer and hotel not interested overall room a 2 star not 4/5 star i belive the photo and description is fraud lent "

"Room was lovely and staff were very friendly. Kevin was very nice and organised a lovely table for us on the beach for the BBQ night and was very kind and friendly to our kids. Kaji at reception was also very friendly. The buffet breakfast was perfect. "
