"I used to come to Coral Springs 2 times a year and I’d always book different hotels for my own reasons. Now I come here several times a year. After my first stay at this hotel, I chose to continue to book my reservations here. I’ve stood here about 7 times within the year and the staff is always nice and accommodating. They have a pool and gym which I love and free parking. It’s always a pleasure staying here. Highly recommended"

"I would not recommend this IHG property and will not be returning. Our rooms were not Well cleaned. The property grounds are also not well maintained. I had originally selected this hotel due to the reasonable price. I learned that I could have paid a little more and likely had a much better stay. I definitely do not Recommend this location for families, as there were also safety concerns on site."

"All I can truly say is, “You’ll get what you pay for” I have stayed at extended stays for short trips before and this has to be by far the worst! From the broken beds to the roaches and don’t get me started on the smell. The hotel smelt like wet clothes that was left in a bag for days. Never again!!!!!!!"

"As For my own personal experience, I didn't like the location. I didn't like the smell when I walked into the lobby. The customer service was awful. I stood there for about 25 minutes waiting for the desk clerk to finish her conversation with another female that just kept rambling on for about 20 minutes. Then, the female that was rambling, move to the side. So another customer that was in front of me, could check in then, when he was finished, she moved right back in the same position and they...
