"Pull out couch was missing strapping to hold mattress so unable to use, lamp light bulb hanging by wires, bathroom ceiling paint was all peeled, pillows rock hard, no sheets/blankets or pillows for pullout couch. Breakfast was empty 30 minutes prior to end time. Pool in very poor shape and hot up jets didn’t barely work. Holes in floor around pool area and ran out of towels. We will not be returning. "
