"As we got there we waited for more then 10 minutes before the young lady came to attend us. Now only did she not respond when we greeted her but her attitude made us feel that we were an inconvenience and she did not want to be bothered with anyone. I've stayed in this chain of hotels, and i've never had anyone treat us the way she did. But besides that everything else was great."

"We stay here often with our dogs to visit family. Hotel is clean and well maintained. Staff is great. View overlooking lake with big patio is wonderful. Hotel restaurant is also great."

Would have liked more coat/ towel hooks and a sink in the bathroom. This is not a deal breaker. Just would have made things easier. Next time we will have the hot tub heated prior to our arrival."

"This hotel hosts travel sports teams. We were unfortunately there during a soccer tournament. The parents all hung out in the breakfast area and didn’t supervise their kids. So the boys were running all over the hotel causing chaos. They were knocking on doors at 10pm and then running and hiding in the stairway. They were reported to the front desk that did absolutely nothing to stop it. Then around midnight all the drunk parents came up and were talking loudly throughout the hallway. I understand hotels are not quiet but kids were out of control while the parents hung out and got drunk. It was not a good weekend and I will not be returning to this hotel."
