The floor was sticky and covered with dirt, mini fridge had mold, and the balcony had dirt/bird droppings that was clearly not kept up with. I called the hotel desk which is not in on the weekends, after speaking with hospitality we were sent a housekeeper. "We were given a room in an annex building with was fine. The mattress was a double, not a queen as was indicated when I booked. The mattress wasn’t the most comfortable, but we made do. My husband is 6’5 and a big guy, so being in a double when we usually sleep in a king was challenging. The shower was patched with duck tape, and there was a mildew, mold and sewage smell when the hot water was on. It did make the room smell after use. The bathroom could use some hooks for wet towels...
