"Location for family reunion in Lake Mills was the only positive. Property was not well maintained. Bathroom floor was filthy. Hallways heavily scented. Room furniture in need of repair. Front desk clerk did not wear shoes. Difficulty communicating during checkout. Water had a terrible odor, specifically rusty, metallic smell. Purchased bottle water for washing face, brushing teeth, etc."

"I wish I could remember the guy at the desks name, but he was AWESOME! We rolled in at like 11pm, and he honestly made a massive difference. The room was clearly old, but really clean and comfortable. The halls smelled a bit, but the room was great and the lobby was clean."

"Booked a double queen room, when we got there they only had a single king available. When we got to the room and pulled out the pullout couch there was no mattress. I went to the front desk and was told there aren’t mattresses on the pullouts and was given a pillow and a blanket for my daughter to sleep on. Needless to say we all slept in the king. Why would I pay for a double queen room for 3 of us to share a bed. Highly unsatisfied."

"The staff was rude and no help. The pool and hot tube was nasty. Couldnt even have breakfast because the waffle mix was really thin and runny and didnt turn out and staff didnt even try to fix it so had to spend more money to go out for breakfast. The rooms werent cleaned very good because we found stuff that wasnt even ours in the room. Didnt have any shampoo or conditioner in the room to start with. "

"While the facilities were in good condition, there was a great deal of noise and disruption from the neighbors. Multiple fights audible enough to disrupt sleep in the middle of the night, one random woman knocking on my door at 4 AM looking for someone I'd never heard of. Not sure that any of it is the property's fault per se besides perhaps inadequate soundproofing, but it seems worth sharing."
