"This is my absolute favorite hotel! My partner and I stayed here 2 nights to attend a craft fair and will be choosing Mariott every year from now on! The key to our door was malfunctioning the night we arrived and the employees/manager were so helpful! They had it fixed the very next morning and it truly showed us how important our comfort and safety was to them. Overall it was a wonderful experience, beautiful room, and delicious breakfast! "IHG Member, had no rooms so I couldn’t check into room until late. Checked in, room was nice. Someone walked in my room. Apparently April didn’t check me in correctly even though a deposit was taken, and they assigned my room to another lady as well. She was just as startled. Went to front desk, took 10-15 mins to fix. No real apology just everything is fixed. Came back after work, keys didn’t work. At check in I wasn’t told about breakfast, workout room nothing. April didn’t really say anything...

"Many of the guests had to keep requesting a plunger tor their toilets. The toilet in my room never flushed without using the plunger. I reported it to the day manager and the night manager. I was told maintenance would be sent, but no one ever came to check on it or fix it. Im only glad my stay was only 2 nights"
