"Solo traveler here. This is my first time staying at this property. The bed was very comfortable, A/C ice cold, room was spacious. Microwave and fridge are in the room. Shower pressure was good. Several big chain restaurants are in easy driving distance, as well as some shopping and the Disney parks (Animal Kingdom is about 3 miles away). I would probably stay here again.
Front desk staff was friendly. I did have a problem with the key not working initially, after I had toted all my luggage up...

"I've stayed here several times and am always pleased. I'm noticing that they are trying to cut costs though. When I was there a couple of months ago, I had few cooking pans and skillets. This month, I noticed that they only give two large bath towels, but no face towels. I really think that they should think about what they're doing. If they try to cut costs like this, it only alienates their clientele."

"Fridge had mold, floors in room were still dirty with food crumbs and hair from the last guest along with the bathroom counter not being wiped down. I went to the front desk and asked if the room could be cleaned and refrigerator to either be cleaned or switched. The young lady at the front desk assured me she would have housekeeping come clean. They came when we were out of the room and only folded our personal blankets and took out the trash. I went back to the desk to only receive an...
