"Clean room, comfortable bed, large bathroom. Evening snack, and breakfast are great additions. The window blind wouldn't close and the commode needed work,it ran constantly from 6 until 8a.m. 6a
When I finally found someone to report it to. At check out. I couldn't find anyone earlier."
"My stay at the Plaza was excellent. However, I made the regrettable mistake of dining at the restaurant found within the hotel called The Plaza Grill and Tavern where I was treated so poorly that instead of extending my stay for a second night I left early. The Plaza Hotel would do well to completely disassociate itself from the Plaza Grill and Tavern. In fact, I will not return to the Plaza Hotel so long as a certain employee named Brian at the Plaza Grill and Tavern is still employed there. I have never been treated so badly by any restaurant employee ever. In short the Plaza Hotel is great but they're associated with a bad restaurant. If you choose to stay at the Plaza Hotel you will enjoy your stay provided you stay away from the Plaza Grill and Tavern."
"For a Super 8, this place was pretty nice. It had a little lounge area on the main floor with a TV and sofa, plus a desk area in the loft with a comfy chair, too. They even served a light dinner, which I was surprised at. The breakfast was typical continental, but descent selection of items. The property could use some updating, but it was clean and the front desk staff was very friendly. I would stay again."
"Check-in was fast and friendly. Right off the highway, Maverick truck stop right next-door no chemical smell in the room or linens which is a big deal for anybody with allergies or respiratory issues! Bed was super comfy, the linens were very soft and perfume free. Pillows were excellent. Spa and Pool were clean and functioning. The breakfast was great. Hot eggs, sausage, potatoes, and all the other ordinary continental breakfast stuff as well. Hot waffles. Friendly professional staff. The only minor issue was I couldn’t get behind the entertainment center to plug the microwave van. Five stars. "
