"Unfortunately i can't give a n honest opinion of the Hampton Suites, as there was a problem with my booking. I'm not sure if it was Expedia's fault, or that of the property's, but when i arrived to collect the keys from the nearby Crowne Plaza as instructed, i was told that the property was undergoing maintenance and i should not have been allowed to book it in the first place(i had booked it two months prior). This was particularly frustrating as i have sent an email only days before my arrival...

"Gorgeous self contained studio. My boys (aged 5 and 9) loved the built in bunk beds, and the fact they could collect fresh eggs and feed all the animals. Shaun and Angelica were so friendly, accomodated an earlier check in, and gave the boys plenty of animal feed! Only a 10min drive from Windsor Castle and Legoland, so perfect for our trip! The boys are already asking when we can return again! "

"Very well-appointed accommodation; immaculately clean and comfortable for 4 persons especially family or couples. The bathroom with the tub, unfortunately, did not have a shower curtain or any way water could be prevented from splashing on the floor which created a compulsory cleaning up of the too much water on the floor after bathing. I thougt it was an oversight but it created unintended inconvenience, besides making the foot/floor bathroom towel too wet too soon. This should be an easy fix...

"Would first of all like to say what an obliging host Jeremy was. Communication was quick and helpful. Check in information was good, especially as it was very short notice. Unfortunately the property is in dire need of refurbishment. We felt there is inadequate lighting to the stairs up to the apartment. We also found it difficult to get our cases up the next flight of stairs which has a tight dog leg to the bedrooms and bathrooms. We had a few frozen items which we were unable to put in the...

"Absolutely fantastic 3 night stay at Cavendish House! Good things: Clean; had a well equipped kitchen ( the milk, orange juice and bottle of wine in the fridge was a lovely surprise!); communication with Chris was excellent; secure onsite parking was a big bonus; location is great - walking distance to Waitrose and all the shops/restaurants/castle/train station Bad things: NOTHING! Would recommend to anyone going to Windsor to stay at Cavendish House, we know we will definitely be back"
