"My two rooms smelt like mold, the sink was broken in both rooms. The water stayed in sink for the entire time. Did not get our room cleaned the entire time. Will not stay Eve again."

"Pictures online are not accurate and area is not safe. Check in desk isn’t even at Red Lion, it’s at the Radisson. The building is very old, the rooms are outdated and the AC was not working on multiple floors. Requested a new room and was moved onto the same floor with same AC issues. Ended up not staying and going to South End Holiday Inn & Suites instead."

"Staff was the ONLY good think about this place. Room smelled like cigarettes, bathroom didn't look clean. There was no ice machine or coffee machines and the lobby smelled like piss."

"Nothing has changed. They have the front desk guy , who is rude and takes money from deposit money and never refunds the full amount. Owner answer diplomatic answers to reviews but never pickups calls or returns them. It seem the front desk staff Mr. D is related to the owner that’s why there is no accountability for rude behavior and missing money"

"I was unaware I had to walk up steps to get to my room that was in the 3rd floor. Entering the room, we immediately noticed 2 roaches in the bathroom. (We took pictures) The room had a funny smell. We went back to the lobby to ask for our money back to check into another hotel. We were told that we had to contact the 3rd party who we booked the hotel through for them to contact the manager at super 8 on Monday. We then asked to be transferred to another room on the first floor. We were told...

"Room needs maintenance badly, from leaky toilet, dingy towels and sheets, and the furniture is wore out . Didn't use stove because there wasn't any pots or pans. Who travels with cooking utensils? But If you plan to stay here please bring your own iron board, sheet set, pots, a broom and mop...don't forget the Lysol spray."

"The room was decent. There was a big dead roach lying under the sink and the water from the shower didnt drain well."

"Cheap stay in a bad area. My door number was written on with a sharpie. Microwave didn’t work. Roach infested as I noticed many young ones with the adults. Possible blood stain on pillow. There was security on site. Door lock worked as well as the air conditioner."
