"Great place"

"Nice room and lobby. The mattresses and sofa cushions were a bit soft, but otherwise everything was to our liking!"

"Clean, comfortable bed, large king bed room, excellent location. The free breakfast needs more options, fruit, and take aways like yogurt & milk."

"The staff at the front desk was kind and went above the. Natalia especially was very warm and energetic. The rooms could’ve cleaned a lot better. Counters wiped and carpets cleaned"

"I have stayed at Brinton suites several times and recommended it to other West chester families as an affordable and reliable if basic hotel option unfortunately the property seems to have gone downhill upon arriving in about 10 PM I had difficulty accessing my room because the keypad was glitching, but after a few minutes I was able to get in I immediately noticed that the room was very cold and turned up the thermostat. I woke up in the middle of the night and the room was freezing as...

"Will be back!!"

"Clean, nicely maintained hotel in the heart of downtown West Chester"

"Positive/Descriptive: The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful across the board, and the room was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was extensive, with dishwasher, dishes, cutlery, optional hot plate. Single king room was large and comfortable, with nice sitting area (sofa, lg ottoman, modular coffee table, curtain divider), and TV w/swivel base can face this or bed. My unit had decent water pressure, unlimited hot water, water softeners, in walkin shower, w/o wand type shower head. ...

"The breakfasts are delicious, the rooms and bathrooms spacious and clean. Great location!"

"Great hotel. Joe and Cheryl at the front desk were very helpful and courteous. The lady taking care of the breakfast buffet area was very pleasant and thoughtful. At the time of our stay they were actively renovating, which turned out to be quiet, quick, and looked really nice afterwards."

"There was a fire alarm at 4 in the morning, and they weren't properly trained in how to reset the alarm, and it went off 4 more times. Just as we got settled in again, it went off again and again. A hotel employee was asking guests where the stairwell was. Staff needs to be trained better to handle emergencies like this. This is something corporate should be training. In today's world knowing how to react quickly can save lives. They were lucky this wasn't a real emergency just someone vaping...

"We attended a family reunion and the location was excellent and there is free parking. The facility itself is older, however, the walls thin, and there is no restaurant or coffee shop on site. Housekeeping is done only "on demand," but not on Sundays (as we came to discover). The hot water wasn't working in my room, and according to desk staff, this is a regular occurrence in the rooms in the back half of the hotel. I was told to "try running my sink first to bring on the hot water in the...

"Room was great. Bed comfy and Staff friendly. Parking is a little quirky with the app; hotel is totally separate. My son and I both ended up parking overnight. He paid with the QR code but I forgot. No charge…."
