"Appeared clean and well kept upon arrival, but mold on ceiling tiles and top edges outside shower. They advertise laundry available, but both washers and both dryers "Out of order". Only ice machine "Out of Order"! Door bolt lock from inside would not lock (out of alignment). Unable to get any streaming services on TV and when asked staff member said they have been having problems "mainly on this side of the hotel" (side we were on) and said there was nothing she could do about it. ...
