"Didn't call my room for a wake up call I scheduled. So, not much attention to detail."

"I feel the need to share my experience that was far different than the reviews left. The first room i was given had dirty sheets with yellow & red color liquids. I gave benefit of doubt & asked for a new room vs. a refund right away. Second room appeared better until i felt this bug crawling on me in the bed, after checking the bed further also found these sheets to be dirty also with unknown red color stains."

"The pool and main beds were nice, but that’s about the only positive. The shower was very disappointing — the shower curtain was visibly dirty, there was hair in the tub, and the water pressure was extremely low. We also planned to use the pull-out couch since the beds felt a bit small, but it was unusable. When we opened it, the mattress had crumbs, hair, and debris on it.
