"Don’t use this accommodation! As we arrived at 6 pm the place was closed! Nobody took the phone and we had to look for another place to stay. Not good!"

"Lovely old inn with well appointed clean rooms. Had evening meal which was excellent. Breakfast was also well cooked and delicious. It had a lovely ambience."

"I stayed here because it’s close to the Spartan South East event, and the location is perfect. Very helpful owner, comfortable bed and a nice cooked breakfast in the morning"

"Amazing location and charming spot. The room was very comfortable and the restaurant was excellent. The pub and wonderful outdoor area attracted many locals and travellers. The walks to and from Birling Gap were stunning. What a spot!!"

"We booked through Expedia who then passed the wrong dates onto the accommodation."
