"Clean room and friendly staff"

"VERY disappointed with this hotel. Check-in was fine at the desk, but the hotel is generally in really bad disrepair. Wallpaper peeling everywhere in the halls, almost every room door we walked by was dented, like they had been hit with something. Paint scuffed and chipped off most every door facing. Only one working elevator for the whole hotel. Our room was very run down - stained carpet, holes in the fiberglass shower that had never been fixed. The shower curtain was torn. One overhead light in the room that was very dim and only one working light by the beds. The beds themselves were clean, we checked them THOROUGHLY, but they were very uncomfortable and lumpy. Our balcony room looked out on a pool that was drained and littered with trash. We didn’t not go to the lazy river, nor did we eat the continental breakfast. We will NEVER stay at this hotel again and will never recommend it. I would give this hotel a Zero if I could. DO NOT STAY HERE. "

"This is my 3rd stay in a row at the Compass. That’s how great it is! The prices are so reasonable for what you get which is excellent service , wonderful, spacey and clean rooms and I could go on and on. The pools are beautiful with many different choices for adults and kids. The lazy river, dipping pool for adults, splash fun for kids and can’t forget about the hot tub and indoor pools. What more could you ask for? Ask for Neidra when you check in. She’s terrific! All the service employees are super helpful and friendly. This is my go to hotel now that I’ve found it. You won’t be disappointed."

"Rotten floor around the bathtub. The outside looking out of the balcony were several broken tvs junk piled up everywhere around the property. Dirty diaper mush around the pool with several kids slipping and falling on. Breakfast was hard biscuits and gravy with a side of cold eggs. Cabinet in the room was missing doors. The room spelled like dog pee. Definitely needs some work"

"This was one of the Best hotels i have stayed at in Pigeon Forge, It was excellent, in a great location, Staff, Rooms was big and spacious..... and so clean and nice deco.... Breakfast was wonderful too"

"Such a great place! Very clean property and room, comfy beds, heated pool that is open 24 hrs a day, hot tub, kiddie pool, fresh Krispy Kreme donuts and good coffee, icees, and drinks in the lobby 24 hrs a day, and friendly staff. Excellent location for all things in Pigeon Forge. Our stay included vouchers for free pancake breakfast at Reagan’s Pancake House across the road. You can pay $6 per person more and upgrade to the breakfast bar. The food is really good. I highly recommend Arbors at Island Landing. "
