"This is a smaller hotel with a homely, personal feel that felt unique compared to larger, more commercial feeling hotel / spa combos that are becoming so common now. We felt very comfortable playing games and having drinks in the evening, enjoying the unique heated outdoor pool and generally relaxing. Our room was large with a huge, comfy bed with crispy clean linen and a lovely hot bath with bubbles. Our evening meal was exceptionally tasty and well presented - the baked Sole was the best...

"Everything was spotlessly clean and they had been so thoughtful about all the little extras that make staying away from home comfortable - access to a kitchen with plates, cutlery, fridge and microwave etc that allows you the freedom to eat in your own room rather than having the expense of eating out each night."

"Staffs were very friendly and polite. Ask for anything and it will arrive in minutes! The ground is absolutely beautiful and you can take a stroll to relax anywhere. Highly recommended. Just a note that the wifi is not the best and can use some upgrades."

"We had a lovely stay at Grosvenor Villa. Richard greeted us at the door and gave us a little bit of history on the property. The room was lovely and clean with nice complimentaries stocked. The villa was about a 30 minute was to the centre, but the walk was lovely along the canal. The breakfast had a good amount of options and Richard happily made us toast and porridge if we wanted it. I would 100% recommend."
