"My only issue, which was quickly resolved, is that the room was super cold, and the AC wall unit did not work. Turns out that to control the AC was on the actual unit, not the wall controller. The technician they sent figured that out."

"I had a wonderful stay and was very happy with the staff. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my visit. The hotel was very clean and well maintained, which made my stay even more comfortable. The breakfast was great with a nice variety of options, and I really enjoyed it each morning. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!"

"Everything was so beautiful. My boyfriend and I really did enjoy our stay. We used this time to relax and catch up on some sleep which was very nice for the both of us. The problem with housekeeping that a lot of reviews mentioned, we did not run into (potentially because we kept the DND sign on the door). I will admit though that I saw housekeeping on the floor the few times that I left the room. No problems, my experience was a 10/10."

I was not impressed by the cafe attendant when I asked if it was possible to make the chicken Caesar salad gluten free by omitting the croutons and he proceeded to tell me why that was the worst, most unhealthy option for a salad."

"The rooms appear better online than in person. I had to switch rooms because my first room had a hole in the ceiling and it reeked of mildew. The second room still had a small stitch of mildew but not so much. They charged for parking which is so wild to me when hotels do that. But the staff was really nice and friendly. Also, on the pictures it appears to have washer and dryers in rooms but they don't. Maybe I just looked at the photos wrong."
