"When we first checked in and got to our room, there were dust webs all around the ceiling. So I went to the front desk complained. The owner did come out and cleaned it right. We went out for a few hours and later that night, I found an empty liquor bottle on the nightstand shelf. I went and complained and asked for another room because we felt like the room was unclean. He told me no they didn’t have any more availability. Which the motel seemed like it wasn’t full because there was not a lot...

"Their customer service is so terrible. The building dont look like the pictures. And when u want to get ur money back cause u no linger want to stay they will not give it. They roll their eyes at u while speaking to u. Just sad place to even try and spend a night. Only time it would be a good place is if ur hiding from ur spouse. Or using drugs. Such a terrible place will never ever step a toe on this property again "

"I have been staying with family at Niagara falls since long.staff at this hotel was very rude and uncooperative.In the night time heating was closed.we tried to contact but the office was closed.NO contact number was provided on the website for service related issues.we suffered through out the night in extreme cold.In the morning when we were checking out,I complained the aged man from Indian origon showed a very rude behavior. Most probabely the power Fuse was off at somewhere closed to...

"The property was under construction. The amenities were all closed. The hallways were a little dirty and a $20 charge per day for parking was crazy. The parking should’ve been included, but it wasn’t."

"Not the closest hotel to stay at if visiting Niagra Falls but not terribly inconvenient either. Stayed in the loft. Has kitchen and minimal kitchen supplies: dishes, utensils. But no soap or dish towels for cleaning. Staff does do that but it is nice to keep kitchen clean instead of piling up dishes. Simple things like salt and pepper would be nice. Bathroom is odd as it is open literally to livingroom through two "windows". One has blinds and the other...just an open hole in the wall. Pull out...
