"Do not recommend. The room was ridiculously tiny — and I’m 5’0” and 115 lbs. It felt more like a jail than a hotel room. The place was stuffy, had no A/C, and there was no actual staff available to help, just some useless robot chat on WhatsApp. When my travel plans unexpectedly changed, they refused to work with me to simply adjust the dates of my stay because they clearly just didn’t want to. "Nice size apt for family. Great location with Tesco downstairs. Close walk to Borough market and London Bridge tube line. Laundry machine was difficult to use since some apts had new machines with no instructions."

"We loved staying at Cleveland Residences. We were treated very well by the hosts, and the location is excellent. When we arrived we were jet lagged, and they looked after our luggage for us until our room was ready. When we arrived back later they had already put our luggage in our room for us. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay there the next time we are in London."

"Awesome location in Covent Garden. Reception staff were friendly and accommodating. Was able to leave luggage before check in time. Nice, clean and quiet in the room. Bed was comfortable. Rooms are centrally heated throughout the building and tend to be on the warmer side this time of year. But staff helped with fans and cracking open the windows. "

Upon our arrival, a code was needed to access our room, we were sent a code that was incorrect and had to figure the correct code out on our own.
