"It was clean, great location near Hyde park . No coffee maker unfortunately, it was hot at nights , the heater wasn’t very well controlled. Also there was no water for drinking in rooms . Overall very good . "

"Won’t recommend this for longer stay as they don’t do any house keeping or clean your apartment at all. During check-in, they informed us that you have to buy your own toiletries if needed more than provided in the room and only one cleaning is provided during our 5 day stay but then the other receptionist told us only one cleaning after 1 week then in the end they told us cleaning is provided after 8 days of stay and showed us paper policy. Only location is convenient. "

"Friendly and helpful staff, comfortable rooms but 3rd floor stairs are too steep with difficult rope handles. 1st and 2nd floor stairs are fine. "
