Loved the area! Convenient for transportation around central London. Had a kitchenette in unit and a local grocery nearby. Saved some money by fixing our breakfast and packing some lunches. ( although the smell of food as we wandered took us in at times) Able to do laundry. Slept comfortably in an air conditioned room. Staff super friendly! Would stay here again!

On the plus side, excellent location, good access to the tube and food places. The rooms are clean, beds ok, everything you could reasonably need is provided. No frills, generic toiletries, cleaning only once during the stay. We did not mind this, overall very good, a tad pricey but what isnt in London?

Look. It’s an appartment hotel in a posh part of London. You’re not getting value here. The rooms are fine. The beds relatively comfortable. It’s what you pay for.

Citadines South Kensington was a great choice for our stay in London. It suited our needs perfectly – clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. The on-site laundry facilities were especially convenient for a longer stay, and the location is excellent – close to Gloucester Road station, museums, and lovely local cafés. Great location in Kensington, easy access to the tube and Kensington Gardens. Our room was quite large for a London hotel, it was very clean and comfortable with nice amenities - bottled water, tea, shampoo, etc. There was also a small kitchenette.
