"Clean and spacious room. This hotel is stunning! Impeccable! Very closed by to the airport. Train station is just in front of the hotel. Nearby small walking distance supermarket for a snack or small food. Restaurants also nearby. I am very specific and picky when it comes to hotel and this one, was the perfect one 👌. They have a shuttle car to and from the airport. You just have to say at what time you would like to get picked up. It's a very punctual service."

They have a policy thaht they sould clean the room only if you book your stay for at least 5 days of minimum which I wasnt told until I realised the room wasnt cleabed for next day and there were no clean towels . "I usually only stay here at the end of a business trip. It is super convenient to catch early flights from the BRU airport and they have a good shuttle service to the airport. My only complaint, and I don’t know when it started, but the last two times I’ve stayed, the restaurant was only serving an overpriced (€30+), sub-par, cafeteria style buffet for dinner. "Booked the Family XL room for me and my 2 x teenage daughters, probably the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in any hotel! Large spacious rooms, only gripe was the AC wasn’t enough to cool the room, called reception and they sent up not 1 but 2 x Fans which helped a lot. Helpful staff, No English channels on the large TV!! We didn’t really eat at the hotel restaurant so can’t comment. Location is ok and approx. 10 walk from most shops and restaurants."

"Pleasant location with easy access to many restaurants and shopping centers. The room was nice, but the room service wasn't the best. We booked a family suite, but unfortunately, they didn't give us the view we requested. Instead, we had a view of the interior of the hotel, which felt very strange."

"Upon inspecting my room on arrival, the towels in my bathroom were dirty, wet with one towel having someone's bodily fluid on it. Upon calling the reception to complain, I did not receive an apology and instead the lady said they would send someone up to check whether it was their mistake! In addition to these towels being filthy, the towels were not even placed on a proper shelf, they were folded and left on top of an area above the toilet."
