"Great to have a shuttle service."

"Very easy to get to hotel from airport with free shuttle bus. I was surprised how quiet the hotel was. Very comfortable and easy going."

"The only thing that I didn’t like is the hot water was just lukewarm when I took the shower even after letting the water run for a while."

"The hotel shuttle service was very helpful getting to and from the airport. However, the room although fairly clean leaves a lot to be desired. The spreads on both beds were covered with snags and should be discarded. The mini fridge was not leveled and fell out of its place every time it was opened. Breakfast was very good with several options. At check in, it would have been helpful for the staff to provide information on area businesses and the BART. I may stay again if the items noted...

"Horrible roach motel. Our room had stained sheets. The bathroom had rust and hair in the tub. Didn’t look like cleaning or cleanliness is their goal. I did not get under the sheets. Checked out at 5 am the next day and got the heck out of there! It’s the most disgusting hotels I have ever been to! I booked it for convenience since it’s close to the airport. Overall yuck yuck yuck!"

"Steeped coffee is a little bit too slow and messy to make. The bags are large and less porous than tea bags, so it’s awkward at first. Otherwise, phenomenal quality amenities."
