"Rude and, at times, passive aggressive staff. When we only asked about our refrigerator because it was barely cooling, the first response we got was, “No, you can’t switch rooms,” even though we never asked. The pool had no circulating water and didn’t look safe or clean enough to swim in. Our room key wouldn’t open the pool door, so we had to have the front desk let us in.
