"Friendly - clean "

"Breakfast was good, room was clean and comfortable. The people above me were doing a marathon and kids running up and down the hallway on a Wednesday night. Over all, it was pretty good though"

"The hotel was OK, definitely not like it looks like in photos. The pool area is very small and the flooring sticks to your feet which makes it come off in the pool. There’s several rocks, Band-Aids and hair floating around the pool at all times. The waterslide is also very violent at the end and all of my children got hurt. The hot tub was a cold tub the one morning that we went, and I had to inform the staff. As for breakfast. Two members of our family can’t eat dairy or gluten and so it was...

"Shower had not been cleaned. Hotel smelled nice though. Spacious room. "

"Not their best offering. Stayed here several times. Good value and a comfortable hotel. Went to the breakfast for a coffee, an hour before close. Coffee containers were both empty. Went out to the hallway and it hadn't had any attention for awhile. Ok, have a glass of orange juice. Nope, empty. Time to check out. "Ring the bell for attendant". Ring once, twice, three times allowing a few minutes to pass. Ok, I guess we'll just leave. Reached the door and a young person finally showed. Same...

"Booking was easy, staff were helpful, parking is close and safe, spa is great, and restaurant is fantastic."

"We appreciate this space because it is on the outskirts of the city for when we are travelling. Close to gas and Tim’s. This last time wasn’t super. The room we were given on the main floor the bed wasn’t made. Front desk was apologetic. We were switched to a room on the third floor. The toilet didn’t flush properly so we had to take the lid off the tank. The tub water wouldn’t run from the tap it only came out the shower head. A little indecisive if the sheets were fresh or if the bed...

"First time i was given a plate instead of making my own with what i would like to eat. Had to show the coupon before hand. Rooms were beautiful, staff was amazing. "

"Closed before I could check in at 10:30 with no notification. .I've stayed here before, it's not great, falling apart etc but was appreciative of a bed. Leaving me stranded without accommodations is irresponsible and dangerous. Do not support this business."
