"I did not like that the refrigerator was broke, the bathroom sink did not drain, the bedroom door knob was broken, and the living room was full of ants. The bell cart had a flat so you couldn’t use it. This place was too expensive to have all of these issues"

"I liked EVERY thing about my room. Extremely clean! Nice water shower pressure.
Would have preferred a spring lauded firm mattress, rather than the firm foam.
A jar to hold flowers would also have been helpful.
Staff is extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. No pretenders. No fakes. I felt they were GENUINE."

"The views from both balconies were fantastic and the place was very comfortable and clean. Very safe and secure feeling in the heart of the historic district. The bed and bedding were very comfortable, and the apartment was equipped with everything needed to relax and enjoy a break between historic sites and shows."

"I won't return. We spent 2 out of a 3-day stay in a room covered in dog hair. Communication between management and cleaning staff is not great here. The staff themselves are very nice and accommodating, but this is not a hotel. It feels more like a trendy loft space run by a company that has not fully found its stride.
Main issues:
* Room covered in dog hair for most of the stay
* Poor communication between management and cleaning staff
* Glitter all over the floors and elevators
* Loud music...

"The area surrounding the hotel is less than desirable, the area appears to be in the process of being redeveloped but it’s far from getting there. There were no services, groceries, liquor store, restaurants or any kind of stores close. I walked a mile round trip to get coffee in the morning.
Speaking of coffee, We stayed 2 nights and they furnished us with one packet of coffee, no creamer and no refill the second day. There were no services of any kind, no fresh towels, no nothing! Also, no...
