"Property canceled my prepaid reservation without notification. I'm left without room to stay and they offered without any recourse. Neither alternate room or refund or an apology was offered. Worst hotel I've been in my life."

"An absolutely charming property with an artsy vibe, steps away from the Denver Art Museum complex and across the street from a converted school featuring a cafe, beer garden and small shops. The room was comfy, clean and fun. The absolute abundance of dishes for such a small space was comical, but the microwave/fridge set up was nice to have. Pretty good pod coffee too. Don't miss out on the bottom floor with an atmospheric small table area great for eating take out, and a large conference room...

"This hotel does not offer parking through the hotel itself. It's a third party app, and if you don't pay attention, the days and hours could be incorrect.Thus, you have to pay for parking all over again.As there are no refunds. Sofa couch was not comfortable and there is no TV in the bedroom. Hot tub and pool was nice"

"The apartment we stayed in @ Kasa Union Station was perfect for us. It was very clean, the kitchen was well stocked, and there was plenty of room for me & my daughter. The location was great and very close/walkable to tons of restaurants, coffee shops, and a Whole Foods for us to stock our kitchen. We even walked back to our apartment from a concert @ Mile High Stadium because a rideshare was too hard to locate after the concert. We would definitely stay here again."
