"Staffs at the from desk are really nice and welcoming. They respond pretty quickly to our requests. The hotel room is also clean and tidy, not super spacious but is comfortable in size. The pillow and mattress are also comfortable. Overall a nice stay experience "

"Location is convenient and the room was large but had not been properly cleaned prior to our arrival. The stove and counter had grease and the floors were filthy. "

"We booked this hotel sight-unseen on Expedia, knowing nothing about the property. This was one of the most delightful surprises we've ever encountered while traveling. The decor was stunning, our room was huge, the restaurant was amazing- just everything about it was top notch. From the outside, it's a very unassuming building on a fairly nondescript street, but once you step inside, you're in a time machine that evokes the Gilded Age, in a really good way. I can't say enough good things about the property, the staff, or the owners. Anytime I visit Pittsburgh in the future, this is where I'll stay."

"Clean room, nice pool area and hot tub and the view. The shower was hot with a good pressure. So my husband likes IPA beers. The event we attebded at the hotel did not have any so since we were staying we called to see what time the bar closed. The front desk staff said 1 am. We went down to the bar. He got his believed IPA beers. However, staff kicked guests out at midnight. That was disappointing. Other than that, we have no complaints."

"The main issue we had was the parking. Their parking garage is only rated for vehicles, no taller than 6’ 2” . Our vehicle was taller, and they were not of any assistance in helping you find parking elsewhere in the city. I have stayed at various hotels located in downtown areas that have the same problem, but they usually have a garage set up to handle taller vehicles, and they will valet park for you for a fee, which is fine. They told us we just had to find someplace, and offered no real assistance at all. So if you own a taller SUV, van or truck, I would not recommend going here"

"Love the Drury Hotel. Great in every way EXCEPT the Valet system - w hen you check in and have the Valet park your car you are sent a Message "

"Pretty sure our valeted car was ticketed and now I have to pay a parking fine with the city. Also noted I needed an ADA shower and the first room they gave us was not ADA, so we had to be moved. "

"Never got to breakfast. Up early, on tasks/calls/meeting and out the door either after breakfast or did not have time. Blinds in room were totally broke. I am an engineer and found a way around it. "

"The staff were super nice from check in to check out. The breakfast staff went above and beyond. They interacted with my children and made their stay great. We love Tamika. The location was excellent for anyone headed to a pirates or steelers game."
