"Done"

"Staff was super friendly and very accommodating. The hotel offers a shuttle that will take you anywhere within a 5 mile radius. Pool and hot tub area was very relaxing. There was also an outdoor area with a fire pit that we enjoyed in the evening. I will be staying at this location the next time I am in Wheeling."

"No toilet paper, there was a hole at the lock that was drilled out. The AC kept switching from AC to heat. There were ants in the kitchen area"

"They were professional and the hotel was convenient and clean"

"Staff was excellent, breakfast was great with good variety, hot tub was nice could be a bit warmer. The room was not as clean as expected. Chips on the floor on room. Very dusty behind tv. Bed was great."

"We had trouble with the lack of signs to get to the zoo and had to detour numerous times due to Christmas lights going up in Oct."

"Clean room, comfy bed, cold AC! Great stay"

Went to grab breakfast and nothing was out. Only decaf coffee was available. Opened room and room was clean. One bed had burn mark on top blanket, toilet paper holder was almost empty. There was a fresh roll on bathroom counter. Tissue box was stuck to counter top behind toilet. No bath drying towels were in bathroom. Had to call...
