It was mostly clean, but when I moved the bedside table a bit there was a lot of dust and debris still left on the floor that never got vacuumed or swept up and there was a spider coming down off the ceiling at one point. "Front desk staff were very helpful in giving ideas on what to do in Flagstaff and mapped out our drive to Grand Canyon. The hotel was very clean and they offered multiple choices of breakfast items. I will definitely stay there again."

"This was a great, cheap option to spend one night. I wouldn’t have wanted to stay longer than that as the walls are extremely thin so I could hear everything the other guests were doing/saying. But for a cheap, clean place to sleep it was great. The staff were excellent and very friendly."
