"We didn't realize the units were individually owned. Ours was in need of some updates. But it was sufficient. We thought there were two bathrooms. But only one, in the master bedroom. It could be inconvenient for families. But the location was incredible. The restaurant was very good as well! Staff was super friendly. "

"Not a fan of the check in process. Its a screem you talk to the host on. Hallways looked like they haven't been shampooed in awhile. Rooms were ok. Could use better cleaning service. There were multiple spots where we found dog food. Ice machines only on second floor. Not sure id recommend it "

"Receptionist is very friendly. The elevator and room AC was broken, which make it very hard for guests. Swimming pool is not working. Room is little small. Bathroom tub edges have some black mold stain. "

"Staff is not customer service oriented. Also please consider this area because the train comes thru seems like every 20 minutes all day and night long. Bathroom was small and water pressure was subpar. Do not recommend this place at all just based on customer service. "

"The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The location of this hotel is very easy to get to: close to I-40, 89A and Route 66 which means wherever you are coming from or desire to go, this property gives you handy access."

"Staff was rude, rooms are gross, windows are old couldn’t see throw one side of the window. Bathtub was dirty, like there was a dog in it before."
