"We rented a Jacuzzi suite. There was mold in the jacuzzi and there was mold under the sink. The dishes in the cabinet were covered in grease. We went out for dinner and our keys wouldn't work when we came back, they front desk clerk had to come bang on the lock to make it work. We've stayed here many times before but will not stay here ever again."

"Pros: great to have separate bedroom. Nice foyer area to leave desert shoes from hiking. There’s a pool but never made it there. Bed was comfortable. Shower was great. Kitchen had enough for our stay. Quiet and out of the hubbub. There are shopping centers nearby so you don’t have to go all the way to the Y to get food. 6 min drive to bell rock which was great. "The property was updated and clean. The staff was helpful although I expect they were a little overwhelmed with everyone. The water was shut down and no one had water until 6:30am. They offered bottled water but I feel they should have given some kind of discount. No microwave in the room and no coffee in the room and since there wasn’t any water no coffee at breakfast. "This hotel is currently under remodel, which was probably desperately needed. The outside is not done, but the rooms are updated, very modern and cozy. Everything was very clean and the staff extremely helpful an friendly. We only stayed one night on an AZ round-trip, and I'd definitely come back again."
