"I was really pleasantly surprised. A very nice hotel. I noticed executive rooms...basically 2 rooms area combined. Close to Frys and the hot dog joint where the whole standing on the corner in Winslow originated. Definitely on ly warch list for Flagstaff. "

"Check in staff were nice and helpful. The room itself looked well kept, but a couple issues. The smaller one is the smoke detector was removed, just the mount was there. The HUGE one is that the bathroom ceiling leaked and formed a pond in the bathroom. Called the front desk and they knew it was an issue as if it wasn't a big deal."

"The Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott in Flagstaff, Arizona, USA was fantastic! Check-in was easy, the staff was kind and knowledgeable, and the room was clean and comfortable. I didn't eat breakfast, but it smelled delicious in the morning, and everyone seemed to be enjoying it. I would recommend staying at this Marriott and will do so again when I travel. Great job, Marriott!"

"Staff is not customer service oriented. Also please consider this area because the train comes thru seems like every 20 minutes all day and night long. Bathroom was small and water pressure was subpar. Do not recommend this place at all just based on customer service. "

"The room was very clean and smelled so fresh. All the staff were helpful and friendly from the front desk to the staff in the kitchen. The WIFI was fast and reliable. The location of this hotel is very easy to get to: close to I-40, 89A and Route 66 which means wherever you are coming from or desire to go, this property gives you handy access."

"The staff was friendly and helpful. The room itself was very clean and true to the photos, but for some reason, it smelled like urine. Not sure if it was the cleaner that was used, maybe it contained ammonia? We asked the staff if there was an open room to switch to, but they were all booked. They did give us a bottle of febreeze, but unfortunately the smell was unpleasant and persisted. The hot water turned on quickly and stayed hot though! It was an overall okay budget stay.
