"The toilet was running incessantly throughout the night and despite our complaints, it was never fixed, nor were we given any significant concessions to our room"

"The Staff including the Concierge was great. The only name I remember was Anthony but everyone was helpful and great… The room was comfortable and I was even rewarded with a complimentary Bottle of wine… I will definitely book again…"

"Staff very friendly and accommodating. Made us feel welcomed. Our rooms were not ready since we came at noon but they held our bags for us. Rooms very clean and amenities available for free on request like coffee and waterpot. Rooms a bit on the pricey side but the location was also good so well worth it. Will be coming back in the future."

"Very nice stay!"

"I had a great stay with my family!"

"Excellent - 5 star location! Although, a little disappointing in that the rooms were a bit tired. The bed, a 'tad' saggy. I would classify as a 4 star trendy hotel in a great location. You pay for the location."

It was so helpful to have the all day cafe and restaurant as well. Such a great location! I work in the industry and stay a quite a few hotels - i definitely recommend a stay here."

"This was my first time staying at Motto by Hilton in Chelsea, New York, and I loved every second of it! From the moment my wife and I arrived, we were greeted with warm hospitality. As a queer couple, we especially appreciated how LGBTQ+ friendly and welcoming the hotel was. The staff securely stored our luggage while we explored the city before check-in. The customer service was exceptional! Whenever we requested extra towels or water, they arrived within 10–15 minutes. We also enjoyed...
