"Was a hassle to get the shuttle. Told to watch for certain vehicle at a certain spot and that was not what showed up!!!
When arrived at hotel, did not receive room we booked and there was no other available room for us. Kids had to sleep on cot and floor!!!! Terrible!
Staff were pleasant though and did their job. "

"This place was very, very mediocre at best. The staff was average to poor. Our initial reservation was for three nights, but then we extended it to four nights. "If you’ve never been here before and they ask you if you’d like help with your bags when you check-in, I’d accept the help knowing what the layout of the property is like now.
A/C was extremely underwhelming for a 90 degree day in AZ. Turned it all the way to 62 at night and it didn’t seem to cool anywhere near that temp.
Drain in shower is very slow.

"We had a 9 hour layover so we did not spend much time at the hotel. They were very helpful in explaining over the phone where to go for the shuttle from the airport to the Hotel. Room was very nice, bed and bedding super comfortable. We hoped on the Shuttle back to the airport at 5:30am so did not have breakfast."
