"I reserved a specific multi-bed room (one king, one queen, and one twin) via Expedia, but when I arrived to check in, the hotel informed me that this room type was unavailable and instead provided a two-bed room. As I was pressed for time, I had to accept the substitute without further escalation. Additionally, the check-in process was unreasonably slow; we spent over an hour in line with only five parties ahead of us. To the hotel's credit, the property is lovely, and I appreciated the free breakfast, evening reception, and the beautiful view from my 11th-floor room."
