"I had an enjoyable stay here! While the rooms looked a little outdated, the hotel itself was nice and the service was great. The staff always greeted us with a smile, which made us feel welcome. The breakfast was delicious, and I really liked the small coffee station where you could customize your drink. The location was also super convenient since there were a lot of fast food spots, restaurants, and stores nearby if you needed anything. Would definitely stay here again!"

"Very nice location in Grant Park on Michigan Avenue. Staff was friendly overall. Valet attendant was great. (Antoine?). $58 per night valet. We were on 6th floor close to elevator and Ice Machine. I am handicapped so I was happy with location. I brought a cooler to hold my medicines being a diabetic. The ice machine worked the 1st of 3 nights. After that it was broke and my wife had to find limited ice on another floor. It seems that people brought big coolers and were filling them from...
