"The hotel is in a great location near everything. The subway and bus stops were nearby if needed. The hotel is beautifully decorated. The lobby on the 15th floor had beautiful Christmas trees and views of other buildings. The room was comfortable and clean with view of the city. The only thing I didn’t like is that you have to take the elevator from the 1st to 15th floor then go to another set of elevators to go up to your room. I especially love the staff and the ability to text them at any point. turndown service is phenomenal and check in and out is SO easy! Love EVERYTHING about this place. Rooms are immaculate condition. 10/10 recommend!!!"

"I loved the view of the room, looking out towards the lake. The property was clean and service was friendly. No breakfast buffet, even though it was noted via this app. A flyer upon arrival states no breakfast. The restroom door is a sliding (no lock) barn door, not my fave. Other than this, it was spacious and clean with a generous and functional closet! "
