"The hotel is the ideal location. It’s perfect for anyone looking to tour the city. Unfortunately, the staff is a mixed bag. Some were very helpful while others were rude and agitated when presented with a question or request. Here’s an example: after taking a shower, I noticed the shower head leaked and sprayed water soaking the sink, toilet paper, and the floor. Called maintenance and we identified that the ceiling in the bathroom was also leaking. Maintenance crew arrived, tightened the shower...

"It was a pretty poor experience. The first night was by far the worst, as we found a bug crawling on the bed, which the sheets felt dirty and old. The walls were very thin. We could hear people from down the hall, and it felt like there was no privacy. The workers were either decent or creepy. There were multiple instances where my girlfriend felt uncomfortable because some staff wouldn’t stop staring at us and would start talking amongst each other. "I liked the attention to us. Offering water bottles, wine, and snacks. I appreciate the staff holding onto our luggage while we waited to be checked in. This made it possible to enjoy the city longer. My only suggestion would be to walk guests over to the bar/restaurant area and introduce them to the staff."
