"The front desk gentleman was great! Very efficient & dealt with the many customers at one time."

"Good hotel but there were a couple of maintenance issues. The toilet rim was cracked. , which in itself is not terrible. The crack was very dirty. It was black and brown and looked unsightly. The toilet should be replaced. At the very least the crack should be cleaned better."

"The staff were very friendly and helpful. WiFi was iffy to connect at times. It was not password protected. The room kitchen was nice. Dishes, pots and pans on request at front desk. There was an elevator. Good parking. Easy on-off I-84. Coffee bar in am."

"A terrible place to stay. The check-in clerk was surly, the mirror in the bathroom made clacking noises all night long, we didn’t realize the mini-fridge had been powered off before we got there so the stuff we put in was warm and spoiled. The coffee pot had not been decalcified recently so the water just overflowed and poured onto the desk and did not make any coffee."

"Great stay overall at the Avon Residence Inn! Staff were warm and genuinely helpful from check-in to checkout, room was clean and spacious with a great kitchen setup, and the hot breakfast was a solid start to the day. Property is quiet and well-kept. My only miss: the bed felt old — I could feel springs and it seemed slightly tilted to one side, which made sleep tough. With a mattress refresh, this place would be perfect. I'd definitely stay again."

"The staff was helpful and friendly. The room was spacious. Only issues was I was on bottom floor across from the hotel lobby. Music played from their speakers (not super loud) and you could hear it all night in my bedroom. Also had a couple of beetles in bathroom. But it was raining and I was on bottom floor. Overall stay was good and 5 mins from Bradley airport."

"The staff was kind and helpful. The check in staff was one person training another and also working the bar and cafe. She was pleasant and friendly the whole time. The bed was comfortable but the pillows were not! We were essentially just laying on the bed with no pillows because there was nothing to them. No support. The shower did not drain while showering. The hotel is close to a ton of amenities. "
